Returns & Exchanges
MOTIV reserves the right to deny a return request within reason. Only unused, intact, undamaged, and complete merchandise with all components and hardware as originally provided to customers, will be authorized for return (subject to inspection and acceptance). Returns will not be accepted from customers without prior return authorization provided by MOTIV Motorsport. Authorized & accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns will be allowed after thirty (30) days from original ship date from MOTIV Motorsport. All custom manufactured merchandise are non-refundable.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).
- MOTIV is not responsible for shipping charges incurred in the process of the return or exchange.
- MOTIV is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- MOTIV is not responsible for lost or damaged items being returned to us. Please insure your return shipments for the actual value of the purchase. We can only provide refunds on items that arrive in the proper condition or arrive at all.
